Male incontinence is caused by several syndromes and preventing it is the best way to counter it. The effects of male incontinence include neurological problems or genitourinary tract issues. The goal of preventing it is to determine the actual cause if it happened in the past. Consider the change in medication, or any weight added that is placing pressure on your bladder. We are going to look at five preventative measures that apply to all healthy men, but if you are suffering from male incontinence, then a visit to the doctor will be more beneficial.
With added weight, you can add more pressure on the bladder. You need to start exercising more and eat healthy foods. You can reduce weight by doing the following:

- Limit your meal portions.
- Start an exercise routine and stick with it. Include cardio workouts like swimming and running, flexibility training like stretching and yoga, and weight training.
- Eat a well-balanced meal that has the right amounts of vegetables, fruits, carbs, low-fat dairy, and proteins.
Additionally, you will have to increase zinc in your diet, the amount of lycopene intake which are antioxidants that fight cancer by taking tomatoes, guava, watermelon, and grapefruit.
